Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the activities of the Commercial Technical team;
- Planning and monitoring the adherence to budgeted operating costs for the Technical department’s cost centers;
- Managing ongoing projects from a commercial perspective:
- Providing support in preparing offers and cost calculations;
- Negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors;
- Planning and monitoring adherence to budgeted costs per project / updating project budgets / optimizing costs;
- Monitoring receivables, payments, and guarantees;
- Preparing progress reports for ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in technical or economic fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar field/position;
- Good knowledge of cost calculation and fiscal legislation;
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Experience with ERP systems.
